We have great trainers and want more good trainers to come forward. If you have courses and training to be included, this is how.

We can approve of individual teachers, schools, or colleges, and all their students.

Approved Energy Healing Training Standards For Energy Healers Organisation

To become a self-healer, say in Reiki, or EFT, or any modality, the path is very much the same. It is based on very high standards where your energy changes and you experience a growth and development. The aim is for you to become wiser, happier, calmer, and healthier. This allows you to self-heal or help friends and family at no fee. The requirements are as follows, giving EFT and Reiki as examples.

Reiki Healer

In the initial Reiki 1 training by the Training Provider:
Self-healing, practical experience in using the Reiki Principles, and supervised guided healing of at least one other person.
Additionally, after the above, as home study or in-person study:
21 days’ mandatory self-healing and contemplation.
Additionally, the Applicant may elect to heal friends, family, animals, and/or plants, as an amateur, I.E. without charging a fee.

EFT Healer

In the initial training by the Training Provider:
Self-EFT, practical experience in using EFT for at least 3 situations, and either participation in group EFT or supervised guided EFT of at least one other attendee.
Additionally, as home study or in-person study:
60 hours’ mandatory self-EFT.
Showing a non-session mandatory EFT demonstration to two friends or family members, as an amateur demonstration of the technique only, without charging a fee or carrying out a session.
To become a Practitioner, say in Reiki or EFT, or any modality, the path is also similar. We are working on increasing a work experience element at the end of this training, and this is currently being worked out in accordance to government standards in the Republic of South Africa, leading to the official qualification – the first in the world for EFT, and we believe 3rd or 4th in the world for Reiki. We are giving these 2 examples only in order to save space and give you an idea of what standards we expect as a bare minimum.

Reiki Practitioner

In the initial training by the Training Provider:
Self-healing, practical experience in distance healing and the use of symbols, and supervised guided healing of at least one other person.
Additionally, as home study or in-person study:
21 days’ mandatory self-healing and contemplation after the above in-person training.
A minimum of 2 case studies of healing a friend, family member, or animal, as an amateur, I.E. without charging a fee.

EFT Practitioner

In the initial training by the Training Provider:
Self-EFT, practical experience in gentler ways of using EFT, and supervised guided EFT treatments of at least one other attendee.
Additionally, as home study or in-person study:
60 hours’ mandatory self-EFT.
Carrying out 2 case study treatments of two friends or family members, without charging a fee.
To become a Master Practitioner, you are required to participate in a minimum of 100-200 (determined in each case by the work experience and the quality of delivery) one-to-one sessions with 100-200 separate one-to-one clients.

To become a Master Trainer, you sit the required coursework, carry out further work experience, and pass a stringent exam.
